By strengthening the immune system, we actively prepare ourselves to confront infections, responding more positively, whether by avoiding illnesses or dealing with milder cases.
There are several measures we can incorporate into our daily routine to prevent infections or the development of diseases:
Maintain adequate humidity levels in the indoor environment: viral and bacterial infections tend to be more frequent in winter when indoor air becomes excessively dry due to heating, making it more difficult for the body to defend itself.
